If you wish to change the product you have purchased, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received it by following the instructions below.
– You can exchange with any other item in our Online Store
– Items from previous collections can only be exchanged/returned in the Online Store.
– Changes/Returns are not accepted on discount products except for a change in number and only based on availability.
– Exchanges/Returns are not made on earrings for hygiene reasons.
Changes also in Corporate Stores under the following conditions:
a) The customer of the Online Store will be able to make a change to any item he wishes of equal or greater value.
b) Refunds in stores are not possible.
c) Changes are only accepted upon presentation of proof of purchase.
d) A change in size can only be made in case of availability of the specific store.
CHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) You fill out the change form below with the products you would like to change and call us at one of the following numbers:

2) You are waiting for us to send you Mail and inform you about the availability of the products you are interested in.
3) Once you receive our confirmation Mail that the products you want are available, you will need to send us your product(s) by calling acs courier, at our expense in your 1st exchange, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging, to the address:

4) As soon as we receive the product(s) you want to exchange, we will send your new product(s) to your original shipping address at our own expense.
5) In case you choose to make your return with other courier companies, the return costs are borne by you.
6) The 1st free change is only valid for Greece.
